Work With Us

We are always looking for passionate, dedicated and flexible Nurses, Support Workers and Carers to join our staff team in order to meet the needs of our clients on a flexible basis. 

We offer competitive hourly rates and a range of benefits, including mandatory training and friendly, supportive, motivated and responsive back-office support team. 

Our staff are offered payroll options of either PAYE or payroll via our umbrella company. (Please speak to our consultant about this when you register with us.)

Recruiting Staff

We follow a stringent recruitment procedure, conducting background checks to ensure that all of our staff are fit for purpose and are compliant with standards. 

  • All our staff are enhanced DBS checked to ensure they are fit to work with vulnerable people. 

  • All staff have to complete a full health declaration to ensure that diseases are not passed on to clients and that they are physically and mentally fit to work. 

  • All staff have to provide full employment and educational history with detailed reference checks which are verified to ensure that staff are skilled health professionals. 

Training

Our recruitment processes enable us to place highly qualified healthcare professionals with our clients at all times. The continued training and professional development of staff is key to our pursuit of excellence in offering the highest level of care to all our clients. All carers and support workers are trained to at least national standards upon joining the company. All staff complete a mandatory and specialist training programme which includes, moving handling, food safety and hygiene, infection control and basic life support modules. We offer bespoke training courses to meet the wide range of needs of our clients.
